GENRE: HARDCORE

AGNOSTIC FRONT are a real force to be reckoned with on the Reload stage. For over four decades, they have been shaping New York hardcore with a radical political edge and an uncompromising street attitude that has influenced generations.

In 2026, they return to Reload for the fifth time – after 2011, 2016, 2019 and 2023. Anyone who was there back then knows what that means: not a nostalgia show, but a lively reckoning with everything that rattles, grinds and remains uncomfortable in the best sense of the word.

Musically, AGNOSTIC FRONT have always moved between straight-ahead hardcore, edgy punk roots and metallic heaviness, which laid the foundations for later crossover trends early on. Their songs are short, direct and without frills. With Echoes of Eternity, they have released album number 13 in 2025, an authentic, almost archaic attack that shows that even after four decades of band history, there is no need to tone it down.

Frontman Roger Miret and guitar veteran Vinnie Stigma lead the band on stage with an energy that has hardly diminished since the early CBGB’s days. AGNOSTIC FRONT live means: a physical, raw, electrifying experience – an interplay of driving rhythm section, classic Stigma riffs and lines that have stuck in hearts and pits for years.

For the connoisseurs among you, no explanations are needed. For everyone else – the hardcore newbies, onlookers or those who have ignored 40 years of NYHC for whatever reason – just this much: an AGNOSTIC FRONT concert is not a reminder of better times. It’s the scene. The pulse. The origin.

And yes, of course 2026 also applies:

“From the East Coast, to the West Coast … gotta gotta gotta go!”

See you in the pit.
