Since the late 90s, ARCH ENEMY have been shaping uncompromising melodic death metal: powerful, precise, melodic – a mixture of brute riffs, driving double bass, aggressive growls and guitar solos that oscillate between technical finesse and anthemic sublimity. ARCH ENEMY combine the heaviness of death metal with the catchiness of classic metal elements – without losing any of their edge.

ARCH ENEMY open a new chapter in 2026: Lauren Hart (ex-Once Human) is the new singer on the reload mic for the first time – and heralds a new, exciting era for the band. The first taste? The furious single “To The Last Breath” – a statement that both underlines the band’s legacy and looks uncompromisingly to the future.

While fans and media speculated feverishly about who would take over the mic in the future, ARCH ENEMY kept a low profile – until they hit back with full force. “To The Last Breath” presents the band in top form: uncompromising, intense and with a voice that effortlessly blends into ARCH ENEMY’s DNA while also setting new accents.
