Nothing could be easier! Tickets for the Reload Festival 2026 are available exclusively here on our website under Tickets.

🔮 Reload 2026 is already in the starting blocks!
We can’t yet reveal whether there will be day tickets again in 2026 – but rest assured: as soon as we have all the information, you’ll find it here on the website and on our social media channels. Look forward with us to what’s coming!

Tickets are available here in our ticket store: www.reload-festival.de/tickets

If you have any questions about tickets, you can always contact us by e-mail at tickets@reload-festival.de at any time.

RUNNING ORDER

We know you can’t wait to see your favorite acts on stage! The complete running order for Reload 2026 will therefore be published here on the website and on our social media channels shortly before the festival weekend.

So you can plan your festival days perfectly and don’t miss out on the highlights. Until then, enjoy the anticipation – it’s going to be great again!

ADMISSION

You will receive your wristband at the ticket container on the Plaza in exchange for your ticket.

Opening hours of the container (2025):

  • Wednesday: 16:00 – 0:00 h

  • Thursday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 0:00 am

Our tickets are not personalized – so remember to bring your ticket with you. If you forget it, we unfortunately cannot guarantee admission. In this case, please speak directly to our team at the ticket container.

🔮 Note for Reload 2026:
The exact opening times and procedures are subject to change. As soon as we have finalized the information, you will find it here on the website and on our social media channels.

From 2026, access to the infield, the forecourt and the campsite will be possible for children aged 10 and over – always accompanied by a parent or guardian.

🦖 Exceptions for child-friendly acts:
For special program items such as the performance of Heavysaurus, we relax the age regulation for a fixed time slot. We will announce the exact times in good time.

🎧 Hearing protection compulsory:
For visitors between the ages of 10 and 14, access to the infield is only permitted with suitable hearing protection (e.g. “Mickey Mice”). Safety first – even when headbanging!

No infield after midnight:
Under-18s are only allowed to stay on the campsite after midnight.

Further regulations:

  • The mother’s note rule for 10 to 16-year-olds remains in place.

  • Children under the age of 13 continue to have free admission.

  • Persons with parental authority must carry written proof of their authorization and present a copy of the parents’ ID upon request.

  • All visitors (including those over the age of 14) are strongly advised to wear hearing protection. These can be purchased at the merch stand.

With these adjustments, we want to ensure that our youngest visitors can also enjoy the special Reload atmosphere in an age-appropriate, responsible and safe manner.

🔮 Note for 2026:
If there are any changes, we will inform you in good time here on the website and on our social media channels.

ARRIVAL

In 2026 there will again be the option of early arrival on Wednesday! The exact times and conditions are yet to be determined and will be announced in good time here on the website and on our social media channels.

Early arrivals usually incur additional costs that have to be paid on site – we will let you know exactly how this will work shortly.

On Thursday, the festival will start as usual – without any additional fees.

🔮 Note:
All information about the 2026 early arrival is provisional. As soon as we have finalized the details, you will find out everything here and on our social media channels.

We recommend entering “Linderner Straße, 27232 Sulingen” as the destination address for navigation systems.

In the immediate vicinity of the town of Sulingen, you can follow the local signs to the festival site. From there, we will guide you to the campsite via the appropriate routes.

Extra parking spaces are available for day visitors. From there it is only a 10-minute walk to the site. Please follow the signs on site to these parking spaces and do not try to park your car on the campsite if you are a day visitor.

If you are staying overnight outside the city despite having a “Kombiticket” (festival & camping ticket) and are therefore traveling by car every day, you can use a special commuter parking lot.

It is not possible to reserve spots for friends arriving later. In such cases, there is an alternative area at the entrance of the campsite where you can wait for latecomers. Don’t worry, we have plenty of space for everyone. 😉

From Hamburg/Bremen

For visitors coming from Hamburg, take the A1 freeway to the Bremen/Brinkum exit, then switch to the B6 toward Bassum/Syke. Please note: After two kilometers, the main road splits into the B6 toward Syke and the B51 toward Bassum. Please follow the B51 in the direction of Bassum.

Follow this road until you reach Bassum. There, switch to the B61 toward Sulingen and follow it until you reach the town sign. From there, the route to the festival will be signposted.

From the direction of Hanover

Visitors coming from Hanover should follow the B6 via Garbsen and Neustadt am Rübenberge to Nienburg/Weser. From there, please continue on the B6 toward Sulingen until it becomes the B214. Follow this road until you reach the Sulingen town sign. From there, the route to the festival will be signposted.

From the direction of Osnabrück/Ruhr area

Visitors from the Ruhr region should take the A1 via Münster. Continue on the A1 toward Bremen until the “Diepholz” exit. There, switch to the B214 toward Steinfeld/Diepholz. Once in Diepholz, the B214 takes a small detour around the town. Make sure to stay on the B214 toward Wetschen/Rehden/Sulingen. After another 25 kilometers, you will reach the Sulingen town sign. From there, the route to the festival will be signposted.

You can get to Sulingen by bus from Bassum, Nienburg and Diepholz train stations. The best way to plan your journey is via the Deutsche Bahn website. We recommend getting off at the “ZOB” stop in Sulingen, from where you can walk along Parkstraße and Lindener Straße to the festival site.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

As every year, we offer discounts to people with significant disabilities. On presentation of a disabled person’s ID card with feature B, which certifies a degree of disability of at least 50%, one accompanying person receives free admission. The person with a disability pays the full admission price. Subsequent reimbursement of admission prices is not possible. Upon presentation of your ticket and ID at the ticket counter, our staff will grant free admission for the accompanying person.

Handicap camp: more comfortable camping for people with disabilities

To make our festival as pleasant as possible for all visitors with disabilities, we offer the handicap camp on campsite 2. This specially designated area provides the easiest and shortest route to the infield – mostly via paved paths that are also suitable for wheelchairs and walking aids.

To take advantage of this offer, please complete the registration form form. Please note that places are limited! In addition to the person accompanying you, you can bring up to three other friends with a valid festival pass. In total, your group may consist of a maximum of five people. One vehicle per group is also permitted.

Accessibility on the festival site

Disabled toilets are available on the festival site and the forecourt. On the forecourt, these are only accessible around the clock for authorized persons.

The festival area in front of the stage is a grassy area, which means that wheelchair users may be restricted if it continues to rain. In order to allow an unobstructed view of the stage, we will set up a raised platform for wheelchair users next to the FOH (Front of House).

Toilets in the handicap camp

The Handicap Camp is logistically well accessible – both for arrival and during the festival. Please note, however, that there is no separate “Shit City” with water-flushed toilets or showers. Instead, barrier-free porta-potties are available on site.

Flush toilets and showers are located a maximum of five to seven minutes’ walk away. We are aware that this is not ideal, but for logistical reasons we are currently unable to offer an alternative area. Our aim is to constantly improve the conditions – and we are already working on it! 😊

Power & cooling for medical aids

If you need to recharge medical or electronic equipment or store medication in a cool place, please contact the ASB paramedics on site. They will be happy to help you!

Power supply in the camp

If you need electricity directly at your camp, you can rent power stations and other devices from our partner Maentum (formerly Plug In Festivals) or reserve them in advance.

Further information and booking at: www.maentum.de

Mandatory registration for the handicap camp

The handicap camp is a voluntary service for our guests with disabilities. Of course, you can also stay overnight in the regular camping areas.

To ensure that there is enough space for all eligible visitors, registration for the Handicap Camp is mandatory from this year onwards.

Please note:

  • Use of the camp is only possible with prior registration.

  • The registration deadline is August 8th. Unfortunately, late registration is not possible.

So register in good time so that we can make your festival experience as pleasant as possible! 😊

We look forward to seeing you!

GROUNDS & CAMPSITE

Note: We are not yet able to provide exact walking times from A to B. Our festival remains very informal – on average it rarely takes longer than 30 minutes to walk to the infield.

In 2026, there will probably be free streetcars again that will take you from the campsites closer to the festival infield and into the city (outdoor pool & EDEKA). For safety reasons, it will still not be possible to travel directly to the forecourt or through the backstage area.

🗺️ Preliminary site plan:
The following site plan still refers to the 2025 festival, but this will give you a good overview of what the site looks like and how you can move around.

🔮 Note:
All information on running times and shuttles for 2026 is provisional. We will announce the exact information here on the website and on our social media channels in good time before the festival.

You can take your own non-alcoholic drinks into the infield in tetrapaks up to one liter.

Due to the positive experiences from previous years, we are asking you to use fanny packs again this year. To accommodate those of you who need a little more space, we also allow simple bags and pouches up to A4 size (21 x 29.7 cm)

Exact information, times etc. will be announced for 2026.

You can camp right next to your car again – no towing, hurray! You can drive your car or camper van to the campground and sleep in it. Camping is included in the price of the combined ticket and is only possible with a combined ticket.

  • Marked area: Camping is only permitted in the marked, fenced area. Wild camping is prohibited for safety reasons.

  • Handicap camp: There is a specially designated area on campsite 2 for visitors with disabilities. It is easily accessible and mostly paved. A maximum of one additional vehicle and up to two accompanying persons are permitted with valid tickets. This special regulation only applies in conjunction with an official disabled pass. Further information will follow.

  • Silent Camping: There is a special offer for noise-sensitive festival visitors on campsites 5 and 6. Rules:

    • No excessively loud music

    • No large PA systems

    • Power generators only between 10:00 and 22:00

    • Night’s rest 22:00 – 7:00
Please let the team know on arrival if you would like to sleep in the Silent Camp.

Camping groups & latecomers:
We try to park groups with mixed vehicles together, but cannot guarantee this. Spaces for friends traveling later cannot be reserved. An alternative area is available for latecomers.

Cars during the festival:
If you need to move your car, please inform the ushers and park in the alternative parking area. Commuter parking spaces are available for visitors without a combined ticket.

Early arrival:
Early arrival is expected to be possible on Wednesday. Details on times and costs will be announced later.

Camping rules:
Permitted are:

  • Tents and tent material

  • Camping chairs

  • Max. two pavilions per camp (3 x 3 m)

  • Simple barbecues & gas stoves (only small cartridges, no 5 kg cylinders)

  • Drinks in barrels, cans, tetrapaks, plastic bottles

Not permitted:

  • Glass containers (except food packaging)

  • Home furnishings, bulky waste, building materials

  • Open fire (stoves and barbecues allowed at a distance)

Power gensets:
Gensets up to 2 kW are permitted, must be in perfect condition and may carry a maximum of 5 liters of fuel in additional tanks. Operation until midnight, only EU-approved gensets.

Security:
Your luggage will be checked at the entrance. Please keep escape routes clear and take care to remove pegs from tents and pavilions when leaving.

👶 Children at the campsite

  • Unfortunately, children under the age of 10 are not allowed to enter the campground.

  • Children and young people between the ages of 10 and 16 may only camp if accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    • Parental representatives must carry written proof of their authorization and show a copy of the parents’ ID upon request.

  • Children up to and including the age of 12 have free admission to the festival.

  • After midnight, minors under the age of 18 may only stay in the camping area.

  • Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on the campsites.

🎧 Hearing protection compulsory:
Children and young people between the ages of 10 and 14 must wear suitable hearing protection on the infield (e.g. “Mickey Mice”). Parents or legal guardians are responsible for this. We also strongly recommend that those over the age of 14 wear hearing protection.

Departure:
Possible until 14:00 on Sunday. Unfortunately, once you leave the campground by car, you can’t go back – that’s what the commuter parking lots are for.

🔮 Note 2026:
All camping information is provisional. Exact locations, times and regulations will be announced here on the website and on our social media channels in good time before the festival.
