RUNNING ORDER
ADMISSION
You will receive your wristband at our ticket containers on the Plaza in exchange for your ticket.
The opening hours of the container are:
Wednesday:
16:00 – 0:00
Thursday to Saturday:
9:00 – 0:00
Our tickets are not personalized. So please remember to bring your ticket with you. If you have forgotten your ticket, we unfortunately cannot guarantee you admission. In this case, please speak to our team at the ticket container.
Age checks will be carried out at the entrance to the festival site and at the wristband issuing station. Please have your ID card ready as proof of age.
Minors (under 18 years of age) can also be admitted to the site upon presentation of a permit and a declaration of consent. Children and young people are also allowed entry if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their visit. To verify age, carrying an identity card is mandatory. We would also like to point out that age checks are carried out when serving alcoholic beverages to ensure compliance with the German Youth Protection Act.
Children up to and including 12 years receive free admission when accompanied by their parents – also in the infield. Please remember to wear ear protection.
For safety reasons, baby carriages and large bags are not permitted in the infield.
We cannot allow children under the age of 6 on our campsites.
ARRIVAL
Also this year we offer an early arrival on Wednesday, 13.08.2025. This is possible from 12:00 – 22:00. In order to cover the additional costs incurred, we charge a fee of €15 per person, which is paid in cash on site. On Thursday at 9:00 a.m. we will continue as usual – without any additional costs, of course!
We recommend entering “Linderner Straße, 27232 Sulingen” as the destination address for navigation systems.
In the immediate vicinity of the town of Sulingen, you can follow the local signs to the festival site. From there, we will guide you to the campsite via the appropriate routes.
Extra parking spaces are available for day visitors. From there it is only a 10-minute walk to the site. Please follow the signs on site to these parking spaces and do not try to park your car on the campsite if you are a day visitor.
If you are staying overnight outside the city despite having a “Kombiticket” (festival & camping ticket) and are therefore traveling by car every day, you can use a special commuter parking lot.
It is not possible to reserve spots for friends arriving later. In such cases, there is an alternative area at the entrance of the campsite where you can wait for latecomers. Don’t worry, we have plenty of space for everyone. 😉
From Hamburg/Bremen
For visitors coming from Hamburg, take the A1 freeway to the Bremen/Brinkum exit, then switch to the B6 toward Bassum/Syke. Please note: After two kilometers, the main road splits into the B6 toward Syke and the B51 toward Bassum. Please follow the B51 in the direction of Bassum.
Follow this road until you reach Bassum. There, switch to the B61 toward Sulingen and follow it until you reach the town sign. From there, the route to the festival will be signposted.
From the direction of Hanover
Visitors coming from Hanover should follow the B6 via Garbsen and Neustadt am Rübenberge to Nienburg/Weser. From there, please continue on the B6 toward Sulingen until it becomes the B214. Follow this road until you reach the Sulingen town sign. From there, the route to the festival will be signposted.
From the direction of Osnabrück/Ruhr area
Visitors from the Ruhr region should take the A1 via Münster. Continue on the A1 toward Bremen until the “Diepholz” exit. There, switch to the B214 toward Steinfeld/Diepholz. Once in Diepholz, the B214 takes a small detour around the town. Make sure to stay on the B214 toward Wetschen/Rehden/Sulingen. After another 25 kilometers, you will reach the Sulingen town sign. From there, the route to the festival will be signposted.
You can get to Sulingen by bus from Bassum, Nienburg and Diepholz train stations. The best way to plan your journey is via the Deutsche Bahn website. We recommend getting off at the “ZOB” stop in Sulingen, from where you can walk along Parkstraße and Lindener Straße to the festival site.
PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
As every year, we offer discounts to people with significant disabilities. On presentation of a disabled person’s ID card with feature B, which certifies a degree of disability of at least 50%, one accompanying person receives free admission. The person with a disability pays the full admission price. Subsequent reimbursement of admission prices is not possible. Upon presentation of your ticket and ID at the ticket counter, our staff will grant free admission for the accompanying person.
Handicap camp: more comfortable camping for people with disabilities
To make our festival as pleasant as possible for all visitors with disabilities, we offer the handicap camp on campsite 2. This specially designated area provides the easiest and shortest route to the infield – mostly via paved paths that are also suitable for wheelchairs and walking aids.
To take advantage of this offer, please complete the registration form form. Please note that places are limited! In addition to the person accompanying you, you can bring up to three other friends with a valid festival pass. In total, your group may consist of a maximum of five people. One vehicle per group is also permitted.
Accessibility on the festival site
Disabled toilets are available on the festival site and the forecourt. On the forecourt, these are only accessible around the clock for authorized persons.
The festival area in front of the stage is a grassy area, which means that wheelchair users may be restricted if it continues to rain. In order to allow an unobstructed view of the stage, we will set up a raised platform for wheelchair users next to the FOH (Front of House).
Toilets in the handicap camp
The Handicap Camp is logistically well accessible – both for arrival and during the festival. Please note, however, that there is no separate “Shit City” with water-flushed toilets or showers. Instead, barrier-free porta-potties are available on site.
Flush toilets and showers are located a maximum of five to seven minutes’ walk away. We are aware that this is not ideal, but for logistical reasons we are currently unable to offer an alternative area. Our aim is to constantly improve the conditions – and we are already working on it! 😊
Power & cooling for medical aids
If you need to recharge medical or electronic equipment or store medication in a cool place, please contact the ASB paramedics on site. They will be happy to help you!
Power supply in the camp
If you need electricity directly at your camp, you can rent power stations and other devices from our partner Maentum (formerly Plug In Festivals) or reserve them in advance.
Further information and booking at: www.maentum.de
Mandatory registration for the handicap camp
The handicap camp is a voluntary service for our guests with disabilities. Of course, you can also stay overnight in the regular camping areas.
To ensure that there is enough space for all eligible visitors, registration for the Handicap Camp is mandatory from this year onwards.
Please note:
-
Use of the camp is only possible with prior registration.
-
The registration deadline is August 8th. Unfortunately, late registration is not possible.
So register in good time so that we can make your festival experience as pleasant as possible! 😊
We look forward to seeing you!
GROUNDS & CAMPSITE
Note: Information on terms from A to B cannot be relied upon. Our festival is very informal, on average it rarely takes longer than 30 minutes to walk to the infield.
This year there will also be there will be two free streetcarsthat will take you to the town (outdoor pool & EDEKA) and from the campsites closer to the festival area bring. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to drive directly onto the forecourt and through the backstage area for safety reasons.

You can take your own non-alcoholic drinks into the infield in tetrapaks up to one liter.
Due to the positive experiences from previous years, we are asking you to use fanny packs again this year. To accommodate those of you who need a little more space, we also allow simple bags and pouches up to A4 size (21 x 29.7 cm)
With us you can camp right next to the car: no lugging – hooray! With us you can drive your car & camper directly onto the campground and sleep in/next to your vehicle. Camping is included in the price of the “Kombiticket” (festival & camping ticket) and is only possible with such a ticket.
Camping is only permitted in the marked, fenced-in area. Wild camping is prohibited due to the high risk potential.
If you have a disability, you have the option of parking and camping in a specially designated area on campsite 2. The camp is located in such a way that it offers the easiest and shortest route to the infield. Most of the path is paved, making it easy to use for people with wheelchairs or walking aids. It is also possible to bring an additional vehicle and a maximum of 2 accompanying persons with valid tickets. Please note that this special arrangement only applies in conjunction with an official disabled pass. You can find more information about our Handicap Camp here.
We try to allow groups with mixed vehicles (e.g. cars and camper vans) to camp together, but cannot always guarantee this for logistical reasons. It is also not possible to reserve pitches for friends traveling with you. For cases like these, an alternative area is available at the beginning of the campsite where latecomers can wait in an emergency.
If you need to move your car again during the festival, please let the parking attendants know and park in the alternative area. We would like to avoid traffic on the main roads during the festival for safety reasons.
If you are staying overnight outside despite the combined ticket and therefore traveling to the festival by car every day you can use the special commuter parking lot parking lot.
An early arrival is possible from Wednesday from 12:00 to 22:00! The early arrival costs 15€ per person and is paid on site in cash paid on site.
Here are the opening times for getting to the campsite:
- Wed: 12:00 – 22:00
- Thu – Sat: 9:00 – 22:00
Please use these opening hours. A later arrival is still possible in an emergency.
We cannot grant you access to the campsite with a day ticket. Access to the campsite is only permitted with a Kombiticket (festival & camping ticket).
The following are permitted on the campsite:
- Tents and tent material
- Camping chairs
- maximum of two normal pavilions (3 x 3 meters) per camp
- Simple grills
- Gas stove with gas cartridges (please only small cartridges, no large 5 kg gas cylinders! Exception: permanently installed and tested systems).
- Beverage barrels
- Beverage cans
- Plastic bottles
- Tetrapaks
Drinks in glass bottles and glass containers are prohibited due to the risk of injury. Food packaging is exempt from the glass ban.
Home furnishings such as sofas, armchairs, building materials and bulky waste are not permitted.
There will be no power generator hire this year either. Generators up to 2 KW are permitted on the campground if they are in perfect condition, in particular if they do not leak oil or fuel. Operation is permitted until midnight. A maximum of 5 liters of fuel may be carried in additional tanks per vehicle. All power units must be operated in a technically perfect and well-maintained condition in accordance with the operating instructions. The operation of gensets and other power sources must be monitored at all times. Only power units approved for use in the European Union are permitted.
Your luggage will be searched for glass bottles and prohibited items at the access control points. Please be aware that these checks are also carried out for your own protection. The risk of injury from glass bottles is extremely high and we want to protect you from serious injury.
Please make sure to keep the escape routes clear!
Open fires are strictly prohibited on the entire site and will be punished with expulsion from the site. Camping stoves and barbecues are not affected. However, make sure that you keep a sufficient distance from adjacent tents and cars. Also, please do not try to cook anything in your tent or car.
When leaving the campsite, please make sure to remove pegs from tents and pavilions so that they do not pose a danger to you and your vehicles when you leave. We explicitly point this out because in recent years there have been injuries to the cleaning staff.
We cannot allow children under the age of 6 on our campsites.
Departure is possible on Sunday until 14:00. Of course you can always leave during the festival – but note: Unfortunately, once you’ve left the campground by car, you can’t get back in. But there are commuter parking lots.
