GENRE: OI!, SKA-PUNK

All bands

In 2027, OXO86 will bring their raw mix of Oi!, ska, and punk to Reload for the first time. Distorted guitars meet a driving offbeat, the trumpet adds striking highlights, and above it all are choruses that don’t wait long to kick in. This is music for raised fists, dancing crowds, and that moment when an entire venue roars the same line in unison.

Since 1996, OXO86 has been a fixture in the German-speaking Oi! and punk scene. The band from Bernau near Berlin combines the directness of punk with the bouncy rhythms of ska and the raw, communal energy of classic Oi! concerts. Their songs may sound like beer, sweat, and a big party—yet they still take a stand. Amid the party atmosphere, everyday life, and a clear edge, there’s always room for lyrics that take a closer look and take a stand against fascism.

OXO86’s first Reload performance will be less about quiet observation and more about movement: offbeat rhythms, guitars cranked up, horns cutting through, and choruses that travel straight from the stage into the audience. A dose of ska will get the pit dancing even more, while the punk and Oi! edge ensures there’s plenty of energy up front.

OXO86 are proof that a “reload” moment can get wild not just in the mosh pit, but also when everyone sings along together. So: warm up your voice, line up, and let’s go.
