POWERWOLF are the first headliners of the Metal and Hardcore Open Air confirmed for 2023. This year, the quintet has already performed at the head of the Wacken Open Air, among others – only about 12 months later, the most successful pack of contemporary German metal fauna is ready with bared teeth for the next bloody foray here in Sulingen.
If you haven’t yet secured your tickets for the Reload Festival from August 17-19, 2023, there are now compelling arguments to do so as soon as possible: POWERWOLF will do justice to their prominent position in the line-up with their spectacular live show and fill every fan of melodic heavy metal with joy. For the first time at the Reload Festival, they will be performing highlights from their eight studio albums to date. These include long-running hits from their early works as well as newer hits from the gold-winning albums Blessed & Possessed and The Sacrament Of Sin and the latest album Call Of The Wild.
TRIVIUM have secured themselves a place at the forefront of 21st century heavy music over the past twenty years – in 2023 they will secure their place among the top acts at the Reload Festival. Frontman Matthew Heafy and his band promise to deliver energetic modern metal for the second time as one of the most requested bands by festival visitors. Their latest album In The Court Of The Dragon has received outstanding reviews.
The scene high-flyers BEARTOOTH will also be at Reload Festival for the second time after their mega performance in 2018! This fearlessly determined and creative powerhouse from Ohio has perfected a sound that a whole generation of bands have been searching for. BEARTOOTH’s music uses radio-ready bombast to blend raw emotion with noise-rock mayhem. They combine hard rock and hardcore in a way that is intelligent, melodic and simply captivating.
A total of 18 bands have confirmed their appearance at the Reload Festival 2023.
